Dr. Mexton Deacon
Dr. Mexton Deacon is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) with distinction in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (PM&S 36). He is a highly-skilled physician with extensive education, training and experience in treating disorders of the lower extremity. As a modern podiatrist, Dr. Deacon has training and experience across medical, biomechanical, orthopedic, and surgical disciplines. His three years of specialized surgical training places him among the most elite of the practicing Milwaukee Podiatrists.
Dr. Deacon earned his BS degree from Marquette University, DPM from Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Finch University, and completed residencies at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard’s Teaching Hospital) in Boston, MA and Tacoma General in Tacoma, WA. Always striving to stay current in his field, he has attended professional conferences in Chicago, Des Moines, Vancouver, Orlando, Seattle and Las Vegas. Other career highlights include speaking engagements at Massachusetts General Hospital and lectures on common podiatric problems and diabetic polyneuropathy in Tacoma, WA. Dr. Deacon is a member of the American Association of Wound Care Professionals and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He has donated his skills and experience through volunteer engagements with the Tacoma City Marathon, Sound to Narrows Marathon, Boston’s Pine Street Inn, and the Boys & Girls Club.
Dr. Deacon’s volunteer efforts with marathon athletes are born of his own athletic endeavors. A Washington State Judo Champion, Dr. Deacon appreciates and understands the rigors of competitive athletics and maintaining an active lifestyle, making him an ideal choice for sports medicine needs and athletes at every level.
As a Milwaukee-native, Dr. Deacon is excited to bring his first-class training and extensive podiatric experience back to his hometown. He is looking ever-forward to establishing and maintaining a strong, reliable relationship with the Milwaukee community he is once again calling home. Dr. Theresa Gray
Dr. Theresa Gray is a native of Milwaukee, WI and is a graduate of Riverside University High School in Milwaukee. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then received her Medical Education and Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Gray completed a three-year reconstructive rear foot and ankle surgical residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. She is excited to return to her hometown and serve the people in the community. She treats any type of foot & ankle conditions to include: fractures/injuries, heel pain, ingrown toenails, bunion correction and other foot surgeries, diabetic foot examinations, wound care, children and infant foot deformities.
